• Description: Construction of a permanent Public Market of 69000 FT² for local farmers produce and other local products. The market is operated by the Quebec products growers association.

Gilles Chabot Sports Center

• Execution: 2014

• Description: The addition of two ice skating rinks in the existing complex. New electrical entrance for the four skating rinks as well as the curling rinks.

Wesco Distribution Center

• Description:  A 125 500 FT² distribution center including 25000 FT² of office space and 10500 FT² of warehouse space.  Wesco is a major distributor of electrical products housing around 215 000 products at this location.
